Will’s passion is serving benevolent leaders and their organizations as a culture consultant, coach, training facilitator and speaker.  His mission is to harmonize the relationship between individuals and organizations by connecting people to their core truths and facilitating a growth process that identifies the appropriate roles and organizations that allow them to authentically serve a collective mission.  

Will began his career in the military and then transitioned into financial services with a Fortune 100 company, honing his leadership style and building an award-winning, nationally-recognized organization. His passion for leadership and the ability to walk alongside people in their executive roles inspired him to move fulltime into leadership development. 

During his career, Will has impacted people through keynote speeches, group workshops and hundreds of individual coaching relationships.  His methodology lives at the nexus of philosophy, theology and business, focusing on purpose and meaning in the workplace resulting in flourishing individually and collectively.  

Will’s formal education includes a BA in Philosophy and a BA in History and an MA in Human Dimensions of Organizations from the University of Texas at Austin. His hobbies include all things with wheels and an accelerator, mountain biking, playing guitar around the campfire, hiking with his dog Maximus, and spending time with his wife Amy and kiddos Rawlee and Cash.

Before entering the financial services industry in 2020, Genevieve spent nearly five years in professional recruiting and staffing. Her journey began as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where she discovered a profound passion for guiding new associates through seamless onboarding processes and facilitating their transition into the world of Financial Services. In 2021, she successfully graduated from the Guardian Leadership Institute, further fine-tuning her exceptional leadership skills.
 
A native of Albany, NY, Genevieve relocated to Rochester in 2013 to pursue a marketing degree at St. John Fisher College, where she excelled as a member of the history-making softball teams in 2016 and 2017. Kelly is a coach and leader with a deep-seated passion for working with entrepreneurs. Her experience growing up in a first-generation family business has fueled her career, starting at the young age of 11. She worked in the production fields of her parents' nursery, participated in trade shows, and managed the accounting and back office of her family’s business during her high school and college years.

She went on to double major in Horticulture and Business at Oregon State with an emphasis in Family Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She came back after college to help run the family business, but after a few years, she had the itch to get some outside experience. Kelly has managed the market expansion for one of Verizon’s largest Premium Retailers, opening over 75 locations along the East Coast. She’s led a national pilot program with Verizon and Staples, launching 90 test locations from San Diego to Vermont.

She helped build a private label partnership between Columbia Green Technologies, a small green tech company based in Portland, Oregon, and Firestone, one of the country's largest commercial roofing manufacturers, which enabled the delivery of a proprietary stormwater management system to commercial builders across North America. Most recently, Kelly has served as the Chief Operations Officer for Potomac Internal Medicine & Serotonin Solutions, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Urgent Care and Internal Medicine Practice, as well as the organization’s national network of over 50 physicians. Her experiences span diverse industry segments, encompassing start-ups, private, public, high-growth, and established companies.

In 2016, she graduated from Hult with a Global Executive MBA in London, UK. When Kelly’s dad got sick, and eventually passed away at age 55, she attributes the survival of her family and their small business to the protection her parents had in place before he passed. A holistic approach to protecting, growing, and optimizing one’s financial future resonates deeply with Kelly because she has seen firsthand how powerful it can be.

Kelly launched a Financial Strategy practice to pay it forward and help others towards achieving financial confidence and peace of mind. She is especially passionate and committed to championing other strong women business owners and military servicemen and women.

Hi! My name is Damianos Mylonas. I was born and raised in Reston, Virginia, and attended South Lakes High School, where I played football all four years. Being part of a team sport taught me valuable lessons in accountability and resilience. Football proved to me the importance of understanding your role within a team, pushing through challenges, and staying committed through adversity. Which are lessons that continue to shape how I approach my professional and personal life.

In 2021, I attended Christopher Newport University, where I graduated in May 2025 with a double major in Finance and Marketing in Business Administration. Jeff Clark has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting field, managing companies and developing strategies that help his clients better organize, understand, and improve their entire financial lives. Prior to joining Financial Growth Partners, Jeff spent over 20 years in Senior Executive positions for small to mid-size privately held companies in Northern Virginia. After the last privately held company was sold in 2002, Jeff made the move into a career that closely met his wide range of financial skills, educational background, and desire to help people achieve financial independence.

In her free time, Jenevieve enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with Evan and their two daughters, Evie and Lydia.  She enjoys the great outdoors, skiing, tennis and is often found cycling for charity with the NMSS or as the liaison and lead coach for Girls on The Run at Armstrong School.

Kelly is a coach and leader with a deep-seated passion for working with entrepreneurs. Her experience growing up in a first-generation family business has fueled her career, starting at the young age of 11. She worked in the production fields of her parents' nursery, participated in trade shows, and managed the accounting and back office of her family’s business during her high school and college years.

She went on to double major in Horticulture and Business at Oregon State with an emphasis in Family Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She came back after college to help run the family business, but after a few years, she had the itch to get some outside experience. Kelly has managed the market expansion for one of Verizon’s largest Premium Retailers, opening over 75 locations along the East Coast. She helped build a private label partnership between Columbia Green Technologies, a small green tech company based in Portland, Oregon, and Firestone, one of the country's largest commercial roofing manufacturers, which enabled the delivery of a proprietary stormwater management system to commercial builders across North America. Most recently, Kelly has served as the Chief Operations Officer for Potomac Internal Medicine & Serotonin Solutions, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Urgent Care and Internal Medicine Practice, as well as the organization’s national network of over 50 physicians. Her experiences span diverse industry segments, encompassing start-ups, private, public, high-growth, and established companies.

In 2016, she graduated from Hult with a Global Executive MBA in London, UK. When Kelly’s dad got sick, and eventually passed away at age 55, she attributes the survival of her family and their small business to the protection her parents had in place before he passed. Ken joined the firm in 2004 after working with ING Financial Partners for three years. He also served six years of active duty in the US Air Force and 16 in the Reserves, retiring in 2007. Before entering the financial service industry, he specialized in training adults in computer software applications as an instructor and later as an operations manager.

Don is one of Financial Growth Partners' most "senior" members, having entered the financial services field shortly after earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware in 1971. He joined The Guardian Life Insurance Company in August 1974, and has been an active supporter of NAIFA since 1978.    Don earned his Chartered Life Underwriter® degree from the American College in 1979.  He first qualified for  the Million Dollar Round Table in 1982, and had achieved Lifetime Membership in this prestigious    organization.

Don prides himself on his relationships with his clients, who now reside in 24 states, Europe, Canada and Central America. His knowledge is in helping families and small business owners provide protection and accumulate wealth for retirement, as well as guiding them with their "exit strategy" once retirement is upon them.

In what he terms a "midlife adventure," Don moved his family from Long Island to Virginia Beach in 1990. After earning my General Studies and Economics degrees from Tidewater Community College and Virginia Tech, I started my career as a care attendant and cashier. These roles gave me invaluable experience in serving others, which I now apply to my work in financial services.

One of my core motivations comes from my personal experience with my brother, who has autism.

After my first love (auto repair), I started working in my family’s mattress retailing company, where I learned to see an enterprise as a whole. To make solid decisions. And to take care of our people. I then joined the Norfolk Police Force, where I trained to face tough times with calm and clarity. Through it all, I’ve learned to listen for understanding, be part of a team, and deliver solid service. It all fits with my sense of loyalty, dedication, and doing what’s right.

After graduating from James Madison University in 2025, I joined Financial Growth Partners in July with a simple belief: financial strategies should help you live well now and still be proud of where you’re headed. I spent my early childhood in Wiesbaden, Germany, and that background shaped how I connect with people by staying grounded, open-minded, and focused on what truly matters.

Today, I work primarily with young families and small consulting and private business owners. I have been passionate about finance for as long as I can remember. Even in elementary school, while other kids dreamed of being firefighters or superheroes, I wanted to be an entrepreneur and build something meaningful. Originally from Scranton, PA, I now call Crozet, VA, home, where the Blue Ridge Mountains inspire my daily grind.
