After more than 25 years of service with York County Prison, where he finished his career as Deputy Warden of Security Services, Michael Cuti knows what it means to show up for others under pressure. That experience shaped how he approaches his work today: with calm leadership, clear communication, and a deep respect for the people who protect and care for our communities.
As an RDA with Financial Growth Partners, Michael focuses on serving first responders, law enforcement, military members, and medical professionals, people whose work is demanding, unpredictable, and often leaves little time to focus on their own long-term financial confidence.
Michael’s mission is simple: to educate and empower. He believes that when you understand your options, you can make better decisions for yourself and the people you love. He works alongside clients to help them clarify their goals, protect what they’ve built, and create strategies that support the life they want, now and in the future. Michael was drawn to FGP because of its positive, growth-oriented culture and its commitment to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives, not just on paper.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Michael on the golf course, behind a camera lens, or out fishing. Whether he’s lining up a shot or casting a line, he brings the same patience, discipline, and long-term view to his hobbies that he brings to his clients’ financial journeys.
