Her promotion to Executive Vice President in 2024 reflects not only her strategic mind and operational leadership but also her steadfast commitment to nurturing a culture of liveliness, integrity, and meaningful connection.
Genevieve’s path into the financial services industry in 2020 was preceded by nearly five years in professional recruiting and staffing. She started with Guardian as Director of Talent Acquisition, she found deep fulfillment in guiding new associates through intentional, structured onboarding—an experience that laid the groundwork for her passion for genuine, connected conversations and empowering others to become role models in their own right. A graduate of the Guardian Leadership Institute in 2021, she continues to lead by example with courage and clarity.
Originally from Albany, NY, Genevieve graduated from St. John Fisher College in 2017 where she pursued a marketing degree. She made her mark on the field as part of the history-making softball teams of 2016 and 2017, finishing 3rd and 2nd in the nation respectively. Outside of work, she thrives on spontaneous travel to reconnect with loved ones and finds energy in spin classes and discovering new culinary experiences—always seeking to live fully, love boldly, and lead authentically.
