Genevieve Paeglow

Genevieve Paeglow serves as Executive Vice President at Financial Growth Partners, where she helps lead the firm’s strategic vision across internal operations, talent, and organizational growth. Since joining the firm in 2022 as Regional Director of Talent Experience, Genevieve has played an integral role in expanding the organization, developing talent, and creating experiences that help individuals build meaningful and successful careers in financial services. She was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2024, continuing to focus on strengthening the people, programs, and processes that support the firm’s growth.

 

A particularly meaningful part of Genevieve’s work is her passion for working with college students and young professionals as they navigate the transition from college to career. She leads Financial Growth Partners’ Internship and Externship Programs, creating opportunities for students to gain real-world experience, build professional confidence, expand their networks, and find greater clarity around the career paths they want to pursue. As a former collegiate athlete, Genevieve especially enjoys helping students recognize how their experiences, strengths, and transferable skills can translate into success beyond the classroom or playing field.

Before entering the financial services industry in 2020, Genevieve spent nearly five years in professional recruiting and staffing. Her background in talent acquisition shaped her passion for connecting people with opportunities, developing emerging professionals, and helping individuals navigate pivotal moments in their careers. In 2021, she graduated from the Guardian Leadership Institute, further developing the leadership skills she brings to her work today.

 

Originally from Albany, NY, Genevieve moved to Rochester in 2013 to pursue a degree in Marketing at St. John Fisher College, where she was a member of the history-making 2016 and 2017 softball teams. She now calls Philadelphia, PA home and enjoys exploring everything the city has to offer. Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys staying active, traveling to spend time with friends and family, discovering new restaurants, and continuing to find new ways to challenge herself personally and professionally.
