I’m Belle Steidl, a Relationship Development Associate at Financial Growth Partners, where I get to live out my passion for helping others feel confident and empowered in their financial decisions. With a background in finance and psychology from Shippensburg University and my Pennsylvania license in Health, Life, and Annuities, I bring both technical knowledge and a people-first approach to every client I work with.
Before joining FGP, I spent seven years in the HVAC industry with JRJ Manufacturing, two years as a shift manager at CVS, and even some time working at a boutique just for the fun of it. Each of those experiences taught me something different about people, perseverance, and the importance of creating stability in uncertain times.
I specialize in working with young families, families with special needs children and young adults, powerhouse women, young professionals eager to build strong financial foundations, and those in the HVAC industry—communities I understand deeply and care for wholeheartedly. My mission is simple: to be a money advocate by providing creative solutions, resources, and tools so people can live their lives empowered by their money.

When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me diving into psychology or true crime, traveling, lifting at the gym, or spending time with my family and friends.
