I originally became a financial advisor because I believed I could change the way advising was done. I had seen how other advisors engaged with clients by overwhelming them with data and intelligence. I knew I could take my teaching background into this industry and deliver an entirely different experience. When I joined the leadership team in 2018 I knew I could make an even greater impact on the next generation of advisors by teaching them the same skill set. I am an entrepreneur at the core who has built an advisor team from scratch and takes pride in the mentoring I do for my advisors. I also focus on paving the way for women advisors to find success in an historically male-dominated industry.
