Delinda (Dee) Armant joined Ashford Advisors in July 2023. She has been in the insurance industry since 2000 specializing in helping financial professionals grow, maximize, and capitalize on the benefits available for their clients.
With over 18 years as a Brokerage Manager, and the last 8 years owning and operating her own Brokerage firm, she is an esteemed member of the insurance community, having a great working relationship with various underwriters for some of the top carriers in the industry. She truly has a superior understanding of each of the different types of disability products available from each insurance carrier. If a solution exists, Delinda will find it for you.
Delinda understands working with insurance carriers can sometimes seem complicated and overwhelming for financial professionals and their clients. She takes a hands-on approach to helping advisors and their clients understand their options and accomplish their overall protection needs as seamlessly as possible.
Delinda and her husband Raymond, an architect, live in New Orleans, LA with their feline family: Baby Girl, Tali, Toulouse, Trixie, Stevie Wonder and Sweet Pea. Both Delinda and Raymond are avid salsa dancers, and it is where their life together began. They were married in New Orleans in October 2011. They also love to travel and experience new places and cultures.
When she’s not wrangling her own cats, Delinda volunteers with the LASPCA Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program to help combat the overpopulation of community cats. She never misses the opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of spay/neuter of community cats and educate the public on the problems that can occur if cats are not spayed/neutered. She is perfectly happy with being called “crazy cat lady.”
