Gary holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Virginia Military Institute and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Development from Norwich University, blending analytical skill with leadership expertise. Following his military career, he gained valuable experience in defense contracting and logistics, further shaping his problem-solving approach.
