Brittany Manna
Financial Representative
Brittany Manna is a financial professional with Financial Growth Partners, serving clients from Richmond, Virginia. A former elementary school teacher of 11 years, she brings the same patience, clarity, and heart she had in the classroom to the families and small business owners she works with today. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Go Steelers!), Brittany is known for creating a judgment-free space where you can ask real questions and make confident, informed decisions about your money.
Brittany’s own story is what drew her into this work. A few years ago, she found herself looking for someone at FGP who could guide her family through important financial decisions. That experience opened her eyes to how powerful the right guidance can be, and it ultimately inspired her to help others turn their financial and personal dreams into reality. She loves getting to know each client’s unique circumstances and tailoring strategies that support both their current life and long-term vision.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Brittany crocheting or spending quality time with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Saverio and Giavanna. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to bring more intention and structure to your financial world, Brittany is passionate about walking alongside you, step by step.

Joe Rajendran
Wealth Managment Advisor
Hi, I’m Joe Rajendran, a financial strategist with Financial Growth Partners.
As a born strategist, I’ve always been drawn to roles where quiet decisions lead to lasting impact. For the first 20+ years of my life, that desire found its home in medicine. But over time, it deepened into something more complete: a calling to move beyond physical health to quietly transform livelihoods.
That calling naturally led me into the world of finance, where strategy multiplies impact exponentially. After all, our livelihoods rest on two key foundations: our health and our finances. With the right guidance, we can be confident in both. And that’s just the beginning!
That’s why I’ve built my practice around professionals whose lives demand clarity and control—associate attorneys, resident physicians, and rising tech executives. These are individuals navigating complex, high-stakes careers where financial decisions often get pushed to the margins. That’s where I come in: to bring strategy, structure, and foresight that turns complexity into clear, actionable steps, ensuring confident long-term stability and ownership of their finances.
And as a proud UVA alum, I intentionally hold space in my practice for fellow Hoos from all walks of life—not because of what they do, but because of who they are. It’s more than school pride; it’s a shared foundation of values. Values that shaped how I think, serve, and lead today. Values that can make Hoos into family.
For those I serve, I’m the first voice and steady perspective of all things finance, transforming unnecessary jargon into clear concepts with actionable steps. Now they can thrive both at work and in life.
I chose Financial Growth Partners (FGP) because I wasn’t looking for just a firm; I was looking for alignment. At FGP, long-term thinking, meaningful relationships, and thoughtful strategy aren’t buzzwords; they’re the baseline. That alignment gives me the platform to function with depth, intention, and integrity.
Outside of work, I’m usually drawn to finding insight in the ordinary. Sometimes it’s reading timeless wisdom. Sometimes it’s tinkering with musical instruments just to see what comes out. And other times, it’s bringing a script to life through voiceover work. It all keeps me grounded. If you’re looking for clarity in your financial journey or just a thoughtful conversation, let’s connect!
