Position Overview
As a Strategic Assistant at Financial Growth Partners, you will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals in the financial services industry. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you will contribute to the success of our clients and gain valuable insights into the world of boutique financial services.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, providing support in financial planning processes.  
• Client Attraction: Contribute to client attraction efforts by participating in outreach events, and assisting in the creation of strategies to attract new clients. 
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our team of financial professionals, contributing your unique perspective and ideas to collective decision-making processes.  
• Client Meetings: Attend client meetings alongside experienced Advisors to observe and participate in discussions.  
  Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and market conditions to contribute meaningfully to client discussions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.  
  

Requirements

• Home address located in Financial Growth Partner’s Territory (PA, WV, DE, MD, VA or DC)   
• Ability to be in a physical hub office for the internship 
• Eagerness to pass your state Life, Accident & Health Exam within 30 days of an offer
