Sara Dewitt joined Ashford Advisors in 2020 after first experiencing the firm as a client. During the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting global economic uncertainty, Sara and her husband, Jonathan, felt an uncommon sense of confidence in their financial future—made possible through thoughtful planning and guidance from a trusted financial professional. That experience proved transformative and inspired Sara to transition into the financial services industry. Today, she serves as a Financial Representative at Ashford Advisors, driven by a passion for helping individuals and families achieve clarity, confidence, and control through a holistic approach to financial strategizing.
Prior to joining Ashford Advisors, Sara spent nearly a decade in marketing leadership roles within the food, beverage, and health industries. Her background in marketing sharpened her ability to listen empathetically, understand client motivations, and deliver thoughtful strategy paired with exceptional service. She brings this same client-centered mindset to her financial strategizing ractice, believing strongly that financial strategizing should feel empowering—not intimidating. Known for her ability to translate complex concepts into clear, approachable language, Sara strives to make personal finance accessible and actionable for all.
As a member of the Ashford Advisors team, Sara works closely with small business owners, individuals, and families to build and implement comprehensive financial wellness strategies designed to protect and grow what they have worked hard to build. Her work includes helping clients:

Originally from Alabama, Sara met her husband, Jonathan, there before they were married in 2010. After several years living in Louisiana, they relocated to Atlanta in 2017, where they made their home. Sara and Jonathan are proud parents of twin daughters, Audrey and Eva. As a family, they enjoy traveling, live music, festivals, and spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and exploring nature.
