Ryder Winsett serves as the Administrative Assistant to Reagan Wolfe and Bryant Moore at Ashford Advisors. With a deep-rooted passion for personal finance and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve financial clarity and security, Ryder brings a warm, service-driven approach to his role. He thrives on the opportunity to talk with people about anything finance-related and views helping others reach their financial goals as a truly fulfilling life mission.
Ryder graduated from The University of North Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, following his 2015 high school graduation from Oglethorpe County High School. Before joining Ashford, he worked in several dynamic roles at LAD Truck Lines, Inc., where he gained broad experience across customer service, dispatch, safety, recruiting, and warehousing. He has also held custodial roles at Crawford Baptist Church—where he continues to serve—and at Athens Cleaning Company.
Originally from Arnoldsville, Georgia, Ryder has called Athens home for the past four years. His love for community and service extends beyond the workplace—he actively volunteers with Watkinsville First Baptist Church, where he leads a young adult’s small group and supports the children’s ministry. Ryder also participates in community events throughout the year, including volunteering in the community.
A sports enthusiast, Ryder enjoys playing pickleball with friends and is working toward competing in tournaments. He shares a passion for motorsports with his family, often spending weekends watching dirt bike racing and grilling out together. He is a proud supporter of the UGA Bulldogs and regularly attends home football games with his father. Ryder is also committed to physical wellness and weight training, spending much of his free time in the gym.
Known for his positive, supportive personality and creative problem-solving skills, Ryder lives by the quote, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” He strives to be proactive in making meaningful contributions in both his personal and professional life. He shares his home with Bant, his loyal Mini Australian Shepherd.
