Rick McAlister joined Ashford Advisors in 2023 as a Financial Representative in the Jackson, MS office. As a Financial Representative, Rick guides his clients through a process that enables them to feel confident in all aspects of their financial lives, working toward achieving their goals and protecting their family’s financial position.
In addition to working with Ashford clients, Rick is also a Licensed Realtor/Broker and owner of R&C Realty Group located in McComb, MS. Additionally, Rick holds a BA in Theology and a Minor in Business Administration from Whitworth College. As a former pastor Rick’s goal is simple. He looks out for his clients, by using the same diligence, care, and expertise in business as he did in ministry for over 4 decades.

Rick and his wife, Connie have been married since 1975 and reside in Summit, MS. They are blessed to have a son and a daughter, and with their spouses they have 6 wonderful grandchildren, ages 7-21. He and Connie are members of Christian Life Fellowship in Brookhaven, MS where they lead worship services.
Recreationally, Rick enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling, playing the piano & guitar, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with his family at their favorite vacation spot, Branson, MO. Furthermore, Rick boasts fondly that he is a General Aviation pilot with intensive training of which he holds an instrument rating certificate. He dreams to one day own a Circus Jet, so he can fly again!
