Her role supports the firm’s financial representatives, clients, prospects, and broader community by aligning educational outreach and marketing strategies with the firm’s growth objectives. Michelle is deeply committed to helping agents reach their sales goals through dynamic marketing efforts and a strong emphasis on communication and client education.
With over 35 years of experience across administrative, marketing, compliance, banking, insurance, and finance sectors, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to her role. She is also a licensed Life, Accident, and Health Agent with more than two decades of experience in insurance sales and marketing. Her previous roles include serving as a Financial Representative and recruiting assistant at Ashford Advisors, as well as working with Centene Corporation, a leader in healthcare programs serving both government-sponsored and privately insured markets.
