Kim joined the firm in March 2026 as a Client Operations Associate, where she supports the team by keeping operations organized and ensuring a smooth experience for clients. She coordinates the insurance application process and supports ongoing policy service needs, working closely with insurance companies and the team to ensure requests are handled efficiently and progress smoothly. Kim’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoughtful follow-through help ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
She earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining Ashford Advisors, she spent eight years as an educator- including time abroad teaching English. Her career later expanded into the hospitality industry, luxury home organizing, and design industries. Kim’s transition into the financial services industry reflects her passion for detail-oriented work and supporting operations that keep the team running smoothly.
An Atlanta native, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for travel. One of her personal goals is to visit all 50 U.S. states and all seven continents. She also enjoys exercising, reading, and working on puzzles. A devoted University of Georgia football fan, Kim spends many fall weekends cheering on the Dawgs and enjoys spending time at the lake during the summer.
