With a robust background in compliance, business operations, and client services, Joanne Anderson brings a unique blend of expertise and heart to her role as Client Relations Manager -Ehlinger Team. Her transition into financial services was a natural progression, having previously supported wealth management professionals and developed systems that prioritize both protection and progress for clients. Joanne is passionate about building trust-driven relationships and finds deep purpose in helping individuals and families pursue their personalized financial goals.
Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a pre-law emphasis from Valdosta State University (2011). Her diverse professional background spans over a decade and includes leadership roles across marketing, franchise operations, client success, and agency management. Most notably, Joanne led a transformative phase at Prolifik Marketing, boosting client portfolio profitability by 54%, and created a comprehensive Discovery Day onboarding guide during her tenure at Zaxby’s Franchising — a tool that streamlined the franchise application and launch process.
In addition to her business acumen, Joanne is certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics and is currently pursuing her CIPP/US certification to deepen her knowledge in privacy and compliance.
A native of Athens, GA, Joanne proudly calls her hometown both her origin and her current residence, after time spent in Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. She is family-oriented and the proud mother of a 7-year-old son, with whom she shares a love for sports, especially cheering on the UGA Bulldogs. Their household also includes a lovable Goldendoodle named Marley, and a curious cat named Boo.
Outside of work, Joanne is an avid tennis and golf player, a former spin instructor, and enjoys reading, hiking, and attending UGA sporting events. She is an active member and volunteer at Athens Church and finds inspiration in her mother’s example of strength, perseverance, and love.
Her favorite quote, "It is never too late to be what you might have been," by George Eliot, is a guiding mantra in both her personal and professional life. Joanne describes herself as resilient and empathetic, with a personality grounded in purpose and joy.
