Prior to beginning his career in financial services, Eric spent approximately four years with Sherwin-Williams as a Customer Service Specialist while attending college. In this role, he worked closely with both do-it-yourself customers and professional painters, helping them successfully complete projects and grow their businesses. His ability to build trust and deliver practical solutions is an early indicator of his relationship-driven approach.
Eric is actively involved in the community as a member of the Mid-South Latino Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, and he volunteers with the Amigos Community Center, reflecting his commitment to giving back and supporting others.
Born in Memphis to parents from Mexico, Eric has lived in Arlington, Tennessee for over 20 years. Family plays an important role in his life, particularly his father, whom Eric credits as his greatest inspiration and role model for integrity, resilience, and what it means to be a strong man. Outside of work, Eric enjoys football (especially cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers), staying active, and traveling with his family to Chihuahua, Mexico, their favorite vacation destination. He also brings a competitive and disciplined mindset shaped by his background in Jiu Jitsu.
