Ariana Cuadros Veal brings a diverse and results-driven background to her role as New Business Case Manager at Ashford Advisors. With nearly a decade of experience in operations, logistics, and project management, Ariana transitioned into the financial services industry with a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and client service.
Before joining Ashford Advisors, Ariana served as a Project Manager at Henry Graphics, where she managed high-end architectural signage projects. Her responsibilities included securing bids, submitting proposals and designs, pulling permits, and coordinating schedules — skills that translated seamlessly into her current position handling new business processes. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Specialty Engraving in Suwanee, GA, where she advanced from production roles to Logistics Manager and Assistant Production Manager, gaining hands-on experience across ten departments. She also worked with Harris Products Group as an Assembler/Kit Packer, building and packaging natural gas and propane regulators for commercial and industrial clients.
Ariana joined Ashford Advisors after her role in architectural signage was impacted by workforce changes. Ashford recognized her managerial experience and problem-solving skills, which made her an excellent fit for the firm's fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Currently, Ariana is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Lanier Technical College in Gainesville, GA, with an expected graduation in May 2027. She is also an active member of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate.
