Abbigale Macho serves as the Director of Onboarding at Ashford Advisors. She is dedicated to a seamless onboarding process for all new associates firmwide. When she joined in 2018, Abbigale assisted with recruiting and onboarding alongside two of the firm’s Managing Directors. From that experience, she has created a process that aids new associates through a smooth transition into the launch of their new career. Whether someone is a recent college graduate, is changing careers, or is an experienced advisor in the industry, Abbigale serves as the main point of contact to expedite the ramp-up period.
When not at work, Abbigale enjoys gardening, and listening to audiobooks, with suspense and mystery novels marked as her favorite. She and her husband, Michael Sr., married three weeks prior to the world shut down, due to the Covid pandemic. After surviving the pandemic as newlyweds, they built a home together in Senoia, Georgia and have welcomed two beautiful children, Delilah Diane (May 2021) and Michael Jr. (January 2023). As a family, they love to drive their golf cart to the Senoia Square for dinner, attend art festivals, and regularly patron the infamous Saturday morning famer’s market. Abbigale and Michael Sr. also love watching college football together and enjoy a healthy Auburn-Georgia rivalry. (Go DAWGS!)
