Russell joined WealthCare Investment Partners in July 2018 and is a practicing Financial Advisor. He started his career in 1995 working as a Registered Representative with First Investors Corporation, a Wall Street based investment firm. He then joined LPL Financial as an Investment Advisor in 2002. He currently holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 Securities Registrations as well as various insurance licenses in the areas of Life, Fixed and Variable products, Accident, Health and Long Term Care. Russell also holds the certification of Accredited Investor Fiduciary, AIF. He earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management from Rhode Island College and focuses on Estate, Financial, Wealth, Tax and Elder Care Planning.
Russell lives in Portsmouth and enjoys watching various sports and traveling.
