Arlene brings over 30 years of operations and management experience to WealthCare Investment Partners. Her prior experience includes Operations Manager for a large wholesale Distributor and transitioned to the Office Manager position at a Dental practice. During her career, she has become highly adept at financial and administrative oversight, team building and intuitive client service. Although much of her work is “behind the scenes” creating systems and workflows, coaching Team members, analyzing data and preparing reports, her favorite aspect of managing our Firm is working face to face with clients. Arlene has a passion for excellence, innovative methods and keen attention to detail. Her talents, dedication and protocols have enhanced our procedures and ability to provide exceptional service. Her philosophy is founded on delivering comprehensive service while building and maintaining quality relationships.
Outside the Firm she is an avid reader, enjoys poetry, writing, all genre of music and dancing.
