Our Expectations of You

Please provide documents in a reasonable time frame: in order for me to do my job properly and thoroughly, I may request documents and information in regards to your entire financial picture which will likely require some “homework” on your part.

Be open and honest when telling me what you need or want: to ensure that I deliver the best service possible, it's crucial for me to understand what matters most to you. If you're facing a challenge or have a question and you're not sure if I can assist, please don't hesitate to ask. I have access to a wide range of resources and connections that I maintain to benefit my clients.

Stay focused on your goals and stick to the plan we established: in other words, take action according to the recommendations we develop together. Take a long-term view of planning and performance. I do not have any control over the financial markets and my value should not solely be judged upon your investment performance.

Meet with me annually and return my phone calls: I have found that it is important to meet or review by phone at least annually so that I know if there have been any changes to your financial situation and if we need to take action as a result of these changes.

Provide feedback: if there is something that I can improve upon, please let me know! I want to ensure that I am creating the best possible experience as your Financial Advisor.

Share your experience: if you have been happy with my support, share your experience with others! I run my business primarily by “personal introduction.” If you know someone who needs my services, please provide me their name and phone number and I will be happy to help them.
