Enjoy the Journey – Elaine and Scott Visit the Canadian Rockies
Elaine and Scott have admired photos of Lake Louise for decades, and a trip to the Canadian Rockies has long been near the top of their bucket list. Their goal was simple: to take in as many of the area’s stunning sights as they could. If you are thinking about a trip of your own, here are some of the places, hikes, and attractions they visited and would recommend, with a thank you to the friends who pointed them toward a few of these!

- Riding the Jasper Gondola
- Hike to Athabasca Falls
- Hike to Sunwapta Falls
- Ride on an Ice Explorer on the Columbia Icefield
- Visit the Skywalk at the Columbia Icefield
- Hike to the Peyto Lake Viewpoint
- Take a boat ride on Lake Minnewanka
It is amazing to have such a beautiful place that is only a two-hour plane ride for those of us who live in Northern California.
