“I’ve had the luxury of working full-time as an IT professional for 30 years, while simultaneously being an entrepreneur. I also owned a bingo hall for 20 years while living in Springfield, Illinois. Having experience as both an employ-EE and employ-ER has given me insight into both sides. I think it’s important for an employ-ER to create a loyal and honest team. This is easy for them if they are equally loyal and honest with their staff. I love being able to use my skills to help TimeWise take care of our internal staff which is also known as “our work family.”
