Redtail is a web-based CRM software that was developed specifically for financial professionals. By attending Redtail University, Peterson and Hedrick learned how to apply the software’s automated workflows, integrations, and intuitive user interfaces to their client database.
Utilizing this new CRM technology will enable the firm to work more efficiently and better serve our clients.
