Alex joined Aviance in 2024 as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining us, he was a Portfolio Manager at Segall, Bryant and Hamill, which oversaw $24 billion in institutional and high net-worth client assets before it was ultimately acquired by Corient Holdings. Previously, Alex held the role of Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Municipal Securities Principal at Rothschild Investment Corporation in Chicago, where he oversaw the firm's fixed-income activity. Alex brings experience managing diversified investment portfolios for individuals, including personal accounts, Trusts, and retirement accounts, as well as family foundations and family holding companies, with a focus on company quality and long-term success. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
Outside of Aviance, Alex sits on the Collier Community Foundation Professional Advisor's Council and is also a member of Grey Oaks Country Club, where he lives with his wife and son. He enjoys playing tennis in his free time.
