We are thrilled to host our annual Client Event at the historic Moffett Field Museum in Mountain View on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 11am to 2pm! This local treasure spans the full arc of American aviation and aerospace history, from the airship era and The Great War to NASA missions and beyond. Walk through an immersive World War I trench exhibit, explore military vehicles, get up close with iconic aircraft like the F-18 Hornet and U-2 spy plane, and even step inside a cockpit. And when you're ready for a break, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch, a curated selection of local wines, and the opportunity to connect with professional partners on hand to share their expertise. Agenda:
- 11-11:30am - Registration and welcome!
- 11:30am - 1:30pm - Lunch, attractions, and mingling
- 1:30-2pm - Photo contest winner announced
- 2pm - Event ends
- 3pm - Museum closed
Must see attractions, open from 11am - 3pm:
- Moffett Field History - Learn about the history of the base including its dirigibles and the squadrons that have been based here
- World War I Experience- Step in the the trenches of WWI and experience life at the front line in this fully immersive experience
- Tank Collection - Military wheeled and tracked vehicles spanning WWI, WWII, Vietnam, the Cold War, and Present Day
- Aircraft Exhibit - Including U.S. Navy and NASA operations, this aircraft collection represents key advancements in aerospace technology and mission capability
- Cockpit Interaction - Sit in the cockpit of a variety of aircraft including a jet and a P3 Orion
- The Train Room - A room fully built out with model trains and multiple tracks across Silicon Valley

Identification Required for Entry
Because the Moffett Field Museum is located within Moffett Federal Airfield, a secure federal facility, all guests age 18 and older will need to show identification at the security gate.
Please bring either:
- A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID, or
- A valid passport
For California residents, a REAL ID has the gold bear and star in the upper-right corner. A standard California license marked “Federal Limits Apply” will not be sufficient by itself.
